My ball!

I took the boys to the training hall after work. 

We worked on power and motivation today, so all 3 boys performed their routines with lots of breaks for big rewards. 

Next stop was Slagelse, where I had some errands and we also went for a walk. 

Home to work for an hour and now it is time to put my feet up.
