With Josh now working in southwest London, I have a new physio at the Vanbrugh clinic: Sharron. She has initially diagnosed a heel-spur issue and recommended I get some heel cushions to ease the symptoms. I went to Lewisham (on the bus) to buy some and the relief was almost immediate.

Helen and I went to Blackheath's Pizza Express this evening, and was able to walk home, albeit slowly and with a slight limp.
