There are more magpies here than just about any other bird, however they are notoriously tricky to photo,  never staying in one place for more than a second or so. This one was a bit more lethargic and I blipped him sitting on M and C’s fence. I like his green tail feathers.
I didn’t get out for a walk until well after 7 and was rewarded with several foxes, a family of deer and the kingfisher which I initially mistook for a piece of blue plastic. Too dusky for blipping.
