Street fair in Chinatown

I think the Swedish prime minister (though otherwise a sensible woman) is insane to say “No Chinatown, No Little Italy” for Sweden. What is the point of a city without its alluring pockets of ethnicity? Hear-hear for the Canadian model of “mosaic” integration.
