End of summer garden

My flower patch is still full of flowers but with yet another week without rain trees are dropping their leaves, shrubs are drying out /dying and soon the flowers will be gone too. Meanwhile they do provide sustenance for a whole flock of flying and crawling critters, so they have done their bit for me and the critters.

Thanks so much for all the Abstract Thursday entries this past week. Glad to see many of you did find a way to make a black and white abstract. This coming Thursday it's the 1st of September and so we'll have another theme-free first Thursday of the new month. The tag will be AT375.
