Sunday on the Carpet With Jasper

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Not a lot to report today. Caro still has the tail end of her cold and I had to work on a presentation. 

So I'm applying for a permanent job as Lead Business Analyst at Kāinga Ora. My reputation there is good, and people like what I do. 

But.

It's a FORMAL interview with outside HR people brought in so I reckon my chances are not good. Especially considering I'm refusing to play and am just going to be myself tomorrow. 

But in addition to this I have to give a 20 minute presentation on "Relationship Management". I have taken a similarly rebellious stance on this and have produced a PowerPoint full of cartoons and kittens about how we should drop the word, "Management" and just have actual  relationships with each other.

I have included a slide that says, "I am not a role, I am not a function, I'm a person."

Let's see how this goes. It will be an interesting experiment on how broad-minded my potential employers are.
