Birthday celebrations

It was the 9th year since parkrun began, coincidentally the same day on which the man who started it ran his 500th 

There were few takers for fancy dress, including me. It was just too hot in the end.  I did stick on a 45 minute pacer vest but only after someone else beat me.to the 50 

Clare and Phil made an effort though and posed for a picture 

I was caught by Paul about 1k in. He is training for a marathon and likes to plod round with me.  I was more consistent this time but came in almost 30 seconds too slow.
