Park and beach play

I was plagued with nightmares last night. Tired today.
Couldn’t fix the fire back issue so we went out to the park and then onto the beach for an hour. Lovely in the sun. I was drained though with no energy.
Home to help sort and organise and do dinner. Vacuumed the car from all the sand.
Time is flying by now towards normality resuming. Sad times.
