Ripening quickly

A quick photo of the tomatoes, finally ripening. Bill came down to pick up some veggies and ended up watching Kalyn's morning game with us. Unfortunately the team lost in 4 sets. Another game at 5 pm. 
Plenty to catch up work to do in the garden. One of the zucchinis was quite small when we left on Wednesday! I had told Bill to pick it if he wanted it, but he already had one. I was ginormous this morning and another one was getting there too! Will be good for zucchini bread. I was glad that Bill watered the baskets and pots that needed a drink while we were away. The veggies in the beds were fine because I gave them a deep watering before we left. A couple of cooler days helped too. It's supposed to heat up again midweek.
