Great Eastern Railway - Ashdon Halt
Not much left of it now...
An old carriage body placed on the cinder platform for use as a waiting room... The history of the carriage body is well known; it began life in 1883 as GER No.342, was withdrawn in 1915 and the body was placed at Ashdon the following year. It was a 5-compartment 6-wheeled all-second vehicle.
