You've been blipped!

I want to know what this chap is photographing because he was standing here for a wee while and looked like he was waiting for something to happen. What was it?! I couldn't resist snapping him as I was walking past. Could he be a fellow blipper? (I do of course assume that everyone is now)

To be honest it was surprising I even looked around me on my way to the shop - I was on a screw the diet must have chocolate mission! Sometimes its just necessary.... My sister and I are back at weight watchers on tuesday after skipping two weeks - its not going to be pretty.
