Pitting an olive. .

I’ve used this gadget for crushing garlic before but never the other section for pitting olives. Magic! I was very sceptical but it worked brilliantly. I’m making Chicken Marbellla from the Ottkolengi Simple cookbook I bought a t Salt’s Mill. It was the word “simple” that attracted me, that and the fact it has 6 recipes for courgettes, very useful at this time of year.
