Man in hat - There is something on the beach in Sheringham 
Coastguard - Can you describe it to me sir? 
Man in hat -S.E.A.G.U.L.L. Yes, yes two ells!! 
Coastguard - What is the problem here? 
Man in hat - It is facing away from me and this other chap on the beach. I think that we may be in great danger!
Coastguard - Is the other person concerned
