Damp roses

Out early to swim; pool pleasantly quiet. Rain on and off most of the day. 
I've blipped this rose bush before; it flourishes without much attention on Caledonian road. 

Out later by no 30 bus to the furniture store - we missed a heavy shower while inside, but came back on a no 22 bus rather than walk in the rain since we'd optimistically not taken jackets. 

Another short walk later round by the canal; the swan family with 6 cygnets were feeding near the Viewforth bridge.
