Cracked Screens

I found this shop window ironic seeing the posters advertising repairs of cracked phone screens when the window itself seemed to have been damaged by a hammer. Four holes and cracks radiating from top to bottom. Round the corner, the entire window of a fashion shop had been crazed.

We were en route to take William back to join his Mum at The Berber Shop having been to Shepshed Market in the morning. William hadn't seen anything like it before. The greengrocer gave him strawberries and the cheese lady offered him a slither of a rather fine Cheddar.

Back home to bask in the warm sunshine and read a book.
