2798. New Trainer/Shoes

We’ve had a lovely day…a wee trip out to Broughty Ferry this morning and our lunch out.

I bought these trainer/shoes as I thought they would be comfortable as they looked really soft.

I’m off to the dentist tomorrow morning for a review of my aligners and hopefully to get some more as I’m on week 8 now and 6 more to go for the first part of my treatment. I’m pleased so far with the results but this week’s aligner made my teeth quite sore, but it’s ok now.
