Two!

After seeing a heron in a tree a couple of days ago, today, there was another. Buses!

I then saw a photographer a little further on and possibly a kingfisher flying across the river.  It was SteveOtley who's dipped his toe into blipping after I met with him a couple of months ago.  He saw either one kingfisher four times or four kingfishers just the other day so I was hoping my luck might be in too.  Sure enough, on the way back, two kingfishers flew along the river one behind the other.  And here's one of those two - or possibly a third - on its way back.  I don't know how to spot a juvenile or male/female but I'm hoping there might have been a family this year - that would be nice.
