I did a very minor detour on my way to the supermarket this morning, because the Town Council's list said there were 3 Cockey Lamps in one particular road. There might have been once, but so much building development has gone on in recent years, including the demolition of the children's home, that it seems that there is only 1 of the 3 left now.
