Miss D
My niece Miss D is three years old. She's a real charmer - as sweet as pie but into mischief at a moment notice. She loves her dog and her cats knows her alphabet and lots more too.
I popped in to see her and mum and dad whilst on my way to meet the gang for dinner in Ealing. It was great to catch up with everybody, now are kids are growing up and we are starting to have some more time to ourselves. We're all wondering what we're going to do with all the free time we're going to have.
This is one of a series of photos I managed to snatch in my fleeting visit. Why are girls so difficult to photograph? She is a charmer - so it isn't her - it's me.
Boys I find easy, add fire and something dangerous and loads of grunge - job done.
Girls on the other hand - do I smooth it here, what about the colour, is that over sharp, is that too plastic - oh my word.
Eventually I stopped and left it as is. I will play around with the other images - may even re-work this one, but that's all I have time for tonight. I will try to catch up with comments soon.
