Abstract

Today I took DayQuil and 12 hour Afrin nose spray. It cleared up my sinuses and I played pickleball. By evening it wore off and I once again was congested. After tomorrow I will take it easy and let my cold run it’s course.
Tomorrow we will be volunteering for the kool and the gang concert this is abstract of my hair tie and water bottle.
