Local Icons

I blipped the icon in the background, the Mount Baker Theatre, in January, but I don't think I've blipped this festooned tree before.

It's outside NW Handspun Yarns, a marvelous shop in downtown Bellingham. If you click on that link and go to the photo stream at the bottom of the home page, you'll see this same tree with an "eek, I'm naked!" sign on it.

Local knitters and crocheters take great pleasure in adding adornments to the tree, and it's always fun to see its latest "outfit"!
