The Team At Work

It was a bad start to the day when we got a message saying: "bring tools, the bed settee won't fold up!" The family were off for the day and we were going to the lodge to plant wildflowers. Well, it took us until lunchtime to get the settee back in place. In the past someone had forced it and bent it out of shape. All seemed well when we opened it out last night to let Kat stay with the rest of them there.

When they all arrived back The Man and I were busy planting. All the dark circles on the bank are where we have cut the turf and planted something. Kat came out to help us and soon Emily was out, too. Kat helped with the planting, she's done a wildflower lawn before, and Emily bagged the cut-out bits of turf.

We had to go home and Kat finished the planting. All 200 of them in total.
