No! really! dont mess

Sorry haven't blipped for a while but have been busy doing other stuff

On Saturday the sun was up early and with it me so down town for a few bits for Joe and to take Hannah to trampolining now she has given up Gymnastics.
Subway dinner and home for a quick "fettle" with my bike, re-indexing the gears and general clean.
Sunday up a bit later as I had a late night but got out on the bike for a fairly quick 30 miles - longest this year and definitely hardest as the wind had gotten quite strong. Still just less than 2 hours riding, quite please with my progress.

This Thursday Karate is not on as there are local elections in Needingworth Dojo (Hall) so took Hannah to Huntingdon where she trained with 5 Black Belts and an adult yellow belt (a total of 14 Dan grades) she did very well and impressed my Senseis - very proud of my little 'Angel'

Hopefully I will blip more regularly from now on!
