Seed head and visitor!

We've had rain!  Supposed to have a storm but ended up with around an hour of light rain.  Sunshine and cloud this afternoon.

This morning my friend rang and we chatted for a while.  Later another friend visited and we had coffee, cheese scones and lots of talking!  Spent some time in the garden, had lunch and then walked round to K. and we went walking over the fields and along the seawall.  Called into the Co-op on the way home to stock up on the few things.  A pizza reduced so treated myself to this for dinner!  It's not something I normally buy, did add some tomatoes and spinach.
