Spring Flowers at Knightshayes
This morning we visited the gardens of Knightshayes Court near Tiverton. The late onset of spring this year has made the gardens look particularly spectacular with all sorts of spring flowers reaching their peak at the same time. It is most unusual to see daffodils and bluebells out at the same time.
I thought this bed looked delightful with fritillaries, daffodils, bluebells and cyclamen all flowering together.
There is also a very fine walled garden at Knightshayes which the National Trust has restored over recent years.
It was a lovely morning which nicely rounded off our weekend with N&D.
