Flowering Succulent

This succulent was given to me by my daughter, FirehorseMia. I don’t know what it is called. The small plants have leaves grouped in fours, arranged to make a square. They started to form flower heads back in the summer, and I was expecting flowers then, but it has taken to mid-winter for the buds to open.
