Majestic in its solitude

Some time ago I mentioned that I had got some old growbags from a local strawberry farm. The compost was used to bulk out some new beds I have dug and the 'dead' strawberry plants planted either in the garden or in pots. I now have 17 plants. I didnt really expect any fruit this year but several of them have a couple of fruits. This is the only one that is ripe but I thought I had better pick it before the slugs got to it.
I also picked some plums, blackberries, runner beans and carrots - a productive day!
