mixing it up

The obligatory EKFH photo op of Luke elbow deep in a pasta salad. Andy, Linda, Luke and I were working well as a team this morning to spoon soups and mains into containers and then to make up day packs with bread, fruit and snacks for distribution around Edinburgh. You can see one of the cyclists coming in to pick up his delivery - today they were also trialling an electric cargo bike which is much better than a van for accessing parts of the city centre.

I’m on the 101 bus back to Dumfries now, just passing the Pentland Hills. One day I’ll get off and go for a walk there…
