Birthday cake for John

Made by H, it was very good. Six of us had a fish and chip takeaway at H and A, a very relaxing, fun evening. Just what was needed.

We had a good, normal day, pleasantly busy including a wander around the cemetery in Tobermory looking for a name on a Commowealth War Graves headstone discussed earlier with Boomerang, sadly we couldn’t find it.

Pusscat Jack is on a course of antibiotics, I popped over to the vet early on to collect it, a beautiful drive in the drizzle, a special feel when there is little traffic although the pot holes on the hill road are numerous, not good if you should hit one. The drive home only half an hour later showed a different day. The rain had gone leaving sunny stunning views out over the sea.
