The shopping area of Hamilton is looking quite rundown. The old Bairds department store, which closed in 2014, is being converted into a Wetherspoons pub. In the street between that building and the empty space that was M&S in the Regent Shopping Centre only one shop remains open. A sign of the times sadly.
