A morning on the sofa then an appt with the OT. Got a call from the organisation I've booked to do the craft on Fridays; turns out I'm not in the catchment area for them. OT didn't know they had a catchment! I am waiting to see if they will make an exception.

Later in the afternoon I went for a walk and stopped at the Italian cafe for a drink.
