Phil and Basil have definitely bonded .
Wall to wall heat and sunshine. Phil and Kate treated us to brunch at the cafe , we sat outside in the dappled shade with feet in the sun , perfect! We came across loads of friends and neighbours . Talked and laughed for hours .
Took a slow stroll around the village with them, then out to the Bog for a walk, it was completely dry, never seen that before.
Back to the village for a quick glass of Guinness at The Corner House , as requested especially by Kate. Mighty continental street scene going on and we sat outside with everyone we hadn’t seen earlier . Stayed for 2 glasses and had to drag them all away for a very late dinner, and then another episode , this time it was ecstasy in therapy setting - fascinating .
