Ash before oak...

in for a soak.
Oak before ash, in for a splash

How is it going in your part of the world?

Here the flowers on the Ash trees is bursting forth but no sign of any action on the oak yet.. I really hope the poem is wrong this year.

Or.. with a bit of luck the poem refers to the leaves which will give the oak a chance to catch up.

The woods are looking beautiful with fresh green leaves catching the light from the sun.... what a joy to break away from all the grey and brown we have had.
