Six Years Down, Seven to Go

It doesn't seem possible, but Merrick (my 1st grandson) is entering junior high. Back in my day, junior high was just 7th and 8th grade, but in a lot of school systems it now includes 6th grade, too. That's what Merrick is in...6th grade.

He is almost as tall as his momma, but has a way to go to match dad.

We just got off the phone with him, and he was telling us about all his different teachers. Quite a change from just having one teacher.
