Willamette River Adventure

My son, Chris, is on his way down the Willamette River in his kayak for the next three days and two nights.
I collected him and his boat early this morning in Albany (70 miles down river) and brought him back to Eugene to launch his adventure.
Gosh, it's still difficult to watch him sail off on his own, even as I am cheering for his adventuresome spirit.
