A Dip in the Sea

A view of Sheringham enjoying some early morning sunshine, taken from the top of Beeston Bump.  A and I walked from the Esplanade in Sheringham to West Runton over the cliffs and back along the beach.  The tide was out and so to cool down after our walk we had a quick dip in the sea.  I can't even remember the last time I swam in the sea, which is a shame considering I only live 3 miles away from it.  I'm not a confident swimmer at all but it was a very refreshing and liberating experience so I'm encouraged to do it again (but only on a warm sunny day).
