Eaten alive
I noticed a slight rash on Saturday and when I got home yesterday it had grown and was very itchy. I used NHS 111 Online which said that I needed to speak to a clinician. She rang me at about 18:00 and walked through the symptoms. It seems that I've been bitten by some nasty Lincolnshire midges. So, she raised a prescription which was sent to a pharmacy in town, and I went over to collect it at lunchtime. This is the first time I've used the NHS system and I was very impressed.
Cream to reduce the itching, an antibiotic and an antihistamine; I'll rattle when I walk.
