Patience

I watched a few videos today on cooking Kamado-style. It seems it’s about getting it right from the start. Much patience is required.
It was still plenty warm when the slow cooked lamb was done so I put the freshly picked blackberrries in a tinfoil container and left them there, oh yum, what a treat, the taste of nostalgia! It was still warm 7 hours after lighting so I put the plums into a similar container, will revert tomorrow after I taste them.
A visit from B’s sister passed the evening outside very pleasantly.
