Cuckoo bee

Meandering on the canal bank with Tilly, Poppy had decided exercise wasn't for her today. There wasn't a huge amount around and the canal is nearly dry.

The bindweed did seem to have a lot of visitors mainly bees and cuckoo bees and it seem like the only way forward was to go with what was given. Tilly unfortunately did too as she took a huge dislike to a Pomeranian whatsit passing on the canal towpath. Really?! What was she thinking? I failed even to apologise as I was holding on for grim death but what narked me afterwards was her victory tail wag - oh yes! Sharp intake of breath here.

A day working in the garden and tonight if I can recover a meal our with friends which will be lovely as we don't manage to get together too often because of the distance.
