Number One Black & White Cat

When P moved to Germany in 2010, Moot came with him. A big rescue cat from Scotland, who had been an indoor cat for years and loved the roof terrace, and later the garden, a lot. 

He was the first of our black and white furry housemates. Munni (the cat) joined us in 2013. Nisha, Rani and Chaiyya came later. 

Three years ago today, the Mootster left us forever. Even now, I sometimes expect to see him on his favourite place on the windowsill, or under the peony in the garden. 

We will open a bottle of bubbles tonight and remember our #1 black and white companion.
