Another beautiful day! We’ve truly had a long, hot summer. We had lunch in the park, did a few errands and then went to a local cemetery for a stroll under big, leafy trees.
The cemetery was closed in 1966 and since then the focus had been on the natural environment rather than the upkeep of the graves.
There’s nothing quite like walking through a cemetery and seeing your first name on many gravestones for reminding one that life is short and that life is for living!
