Coffee shop classroom

This is where my young friend and I go for our lessons. He’s even more sensitive to noise, so it’s quiet here, and cool. And does great milkshakes. He gave me a hug when he finished - first time he’s done that.
I looked at the apartment my friend told me about, it’s in this square, ironically! It’s the only square in this area, so a bit special. The area isn’t my preferred area, but it’s a confirmed place while I don’t have time to look. Small but cute! Nicely furnished too, I think I’ll take it, and try to negotiate on the price.
