What's the joke?

Short back and sides this morning-- virtually nothing on top so why is The Barber of Seville holding a comb ? Anyway luckily for me this is Kirkcaldy and my barber, Nigel, at 'hairdo' does for me the kind of cut my Grandfather sported.
Come to think of it maybe I am my Grandfather and that's why I look so much like him!
