A dull morning (please see main) but brightening later.
Second born is house hunting, and wanted to view a property which was advertised as having a garage. On querying it though, the Agents admitted it belonged to next door.
Viewings to other properties include the Agent turning up without house keys, the Agent going to  property no. 4, when the buyers were queued outside no. 6, which was the correct property. There have also been several cases of the Agent failing to turn up for arranged viewings.
Extra: Bird spotters were excited, with sightings of a rare river hen. Well, it is Saturday.
