It's when I turn the corner and get this view a couple of minutes into my weekday morning commute that I know how lucky I am to have a journey to work as lovely as this. At this time of year the sun is in a position to make this shot far too difficult at the time I normally pass, so I came this way on Saturday just to show you what it's like. You just have to ignore all signs of life because at 07:20 Monday – Friday there are none, well, not human anyway, though sometimes a whole flight of geese coming straight under the bridge.
I'm absolutely exhausted. I hope to get plenty of rest over the weekend.
