Waterlily

The weather forecast promised rain and although there was a little first thing it actually turned out to be a lovely sunny day.

L and I went to Rouken Glen, starting with coffee in the Boathouse Cafe and then enjoying a walk round the pond. The waterlilies are still looking good but I just wish they were a bit closer!

Then it was down to the garden centre where I bought a couple of Heleniums, a Hydrangea and enough bird seed and fatballs to last at least a week .... I hope!
