Most recently number 72 was a travel agent.

I was in the office and decided to grab an iced coffee before I started and took the opportunity to grab a picture of the new signage.  The shelving was being fitted and I expect it will open soon.

I have purchased items from the Chelmsfird branch so I imagine I will visit occasionally but it isn't somewhere I would go out of my way to visit.

A persistent customer had sent me 10 emails overnight and is demanding a meeting.  There is nothing that I can really tell them that I feel with make them any less angry about the situation they find themselves so I declined to offer them a further opportunity to vent their anger.  I expect more contact on Monday.
