Surf’s up

Cycled up to the local reservoir to meet friends and for a swim. It was surprisingly not as cold as I expected- the weather has cooled down and been rainy so I thought the water might be getting chilly. Nice swim and chat.
Then a trip out to the beach in the evening with MrKT and Son - in the New Van. Nice bit of surf to play in at Seacliff - water was considerably colder than the reservoir, and wetsuits definitely required.
