Redundant bridges?
This morning Ro and I perked at the Jumbles tea shop car park and walked together to the first bridge to see the present depth of the reservoir. It’s low and so much of the banks are now visible. Originally the valley that was flooded to make this reservoir housed Horrobin Mill . B remembers there being a bridge that was visible once before when the levels were low. I didn’t see anything like that today. Was I looking in the wrong place? All I can say is that I don’t remember ever seeing it that low before. So here is a collage of views round the two bridges I was near today!

On our way back past the café we stopped and had a baked potato each. They hit the spot! Then it was a quick shop at Lidl and home! A beautiful day! Cool and sunny!
