Apples and Oranges

When I came to the Garden today, no one was there... I came perhaps 5 minutes before we start and the door is usually open and staff are there. Today it was empty. All I could do was wait and I was soon accompanied by a coworker who was a surprised as I.
One of the staff arrived, but she'd forgot her keys at home and on her way to her bus realised that, but thought her coworker had one... So we all sat there... Then our boss came, she'd overslept but was sure her coworker had a key... so, a bit of a mixup in the morning. :D And, I forgot my water bottle at home. Not the best day to do so, since at first it was both sticky and cool winds, and then just sticky and hot. I had to step out from the greenhouse a couple of times, since it was so hot in there and I was really sweaty.
As I was watering in the greenhouse, I had sweet company by bees who were attracted to the large zucchini flowers and came out from there drenched in pollen. Sometime there was a queue, and if you broke the queue you were told of in a high pitched bzzzz!! and had to back out of there awaiting your turn. I managed to get one confused bee out on my cap, and another one I nearly drenched as I was watering and didn't see it. I said sorry and it gladly climbed onto my cap from the chiliplant and was carried out. It didn't want to leave... it had its backlegs on my cap and the rest of the body on a calendula flower, where I'd placed it. I had to carefully encourage it to move. :D
This little one, in the blip had gotten totally covered with pollen while running around in a zucchini flower was trying to move the pollen to a better place. :D Such sweet creatures!
